This store is always half open and half close. Multiple people came and couldn't get in. As usual that is why I quit using this store. Never coming back. Very dangerous moving around store aisle are dangerously stacked with plates full of items I know this is a fire hazard # maple heights fire department.

This location always close earlier than expected on a daily occurance.. Most of tines, hours before its scheduled closing time.. That's my only complaint...

The store is never open during business hours. Just tried to go and there was a sign out front “be back in 30 mins”… just one of many times this has happened in the last 6 months. Won’t even bother stopping at this one anymore, now prefer the one in Bedford down the road it’s cleaner, more organized and actually open when they should be.

Well I should say I'm not surprised I didn't read the reviews before I came here. I was just in the area seeing they closed at 10:00 p.m. it is currently 9:45 and the lights are off and no one is here. I called the phone number, and heard the phone ringing but there was not one single car in the parking lot.It is kind of funny I guess because as I was pulling in there was a parked car that was pulling off. I just assumed it was a customer that probably was the closing person. If you can stay until 9:45, what is the difference between staying for 15 more minutes until you're posted closing time?But looking at these other reviews lately, I guess I should not expect anything different and it does not seem like anything is getting done. So this review is pointless as well...

I honestly do not know why they decided to put this store here when its NEVER open. They might as well shut it down completely and put something else there. The doors are locked 98% of the time but ALL the lights are on but no one working!!!!!

Employees watched several potential customers including myself come to the door, which was locked at 10:50am on Saturday May 13th. I even called the store phone while standing outside and they didn't answer. We could see them walking around. If you cant keep up with the demand, or won't hire people with decent work ethic, just shut the store down. EPIC FAIL

Before they opened this location I used to go to the one on Northfield and the staff was very friendly and helpful but today when I went to this location I was trying to purchase an item that didn't have a price on it and I asked the cashier if he can price it and he told me to go do it myself and when I asked him to ask another staff member that was on the floor stocking the shelves he said that they didn't have an intercom so he couldn't call for help so I did not purchase that item I left it there I feel like it was very very rude and he's probably costing the store money because I could have bought that item instead now I have to go somewhere else to find it. I guess that cashier is not worried about the store losing money because of his limited customer service skills maybe he's just there to make a "DOLLAR " at Dollar general !

The store is never opened like it is supposed to be it's dirty and some of there employees are rude and nasty and never have time to do anything for a customer even tho all they are doing is standing around.they never want to do there job. And they never have the right prices on there stuff.
