Staff is educated on what they were doing and It was very easy to find everything I was looking for to the staff directing me right where it was when I asked awesome this place makes me happy every time I go there !

My experience with the manager, Lateke:My recent encounter at Forman Mills was disheartening. On December 31st, I visited the store, enticed by signs advertising a 50% discount on house shoes. The confusion arose when the staff, grappling with a new system, mistakenly charged my credit card the full price.The situation worsened when, seeking a refund after three days as advised, I encountered the manager, Lateke. Despite evidence of misleading advertising, he dismissed our concerns callously, attributing the mishap to their ill-trained staff and refusing assistance.Lateke's demeanor towards my mother was particularly unpleasant, and he adamantly refused to involve another manager. Only after reaching out to corporate did we manage to rectify the situation, with a begrudging acknowledgment from Lateke. He called us within an hour of the incident stating “I got an email from corporate and you were correct, we can offer you a refund if you bring the items and receipt.”While the refund was eventually processed, the manager's lack of apology and dismissive attitude marred what should have been a straightforward resolution.
