Why does Giant Eagle have so many violent issues here and north olmsted?
No other retailer have these issues. Shop elsewhere giant eagle does not keep shoppers safe. I can't shop their stores wondering if another shooting will be coming.

This is one of my favorite locations to shop I have family and friends who work here there's no complaints the atmosphere is nice the store is clean the staff is friendly they do have pretty decent sales

I can not stress how awful this Giant Eagle is compared to the other stores in the greater Cleveland area. The staff members are rude. The produce department is never fresh. And the checkout line only has two open at best.

Terrible pharmacy staff. None of them know what they’re doing and they will overcharge you when using insurance and goodrx. Find literally any other pharmacy

I called to see what time the deli closed and I received the most not welcoming answer. I said hello didn't get a hello back and the answer was so dry. I understand how stressful it has been with getting help and keeping help. But dang why so rude. I didn't even mean to press the star that I dud give. Tired to take it back.

Staff is friendly and the pharmacist is helpful and knowledgeable. I especially love their delivery service because sometimes I am unable to pick up my meds it's so convenient when they bring it to my home unfortunately I have an update on the pharmacy delivery service at Giant Eagle they were using doordash and for some reason they're no longer using them because doordash has been known for taking people's orders from family and friends canceling orders they must have did something really bad for a huge company like Giant Eagle to stop using their service so beware of using doordash they will disappear with your order in a DASH haha !!

VERY RUDE woman on the phone. hung up in my face. Also, it said my prescription would be filled and ready at 9:51 am 5.20.21 and i went to pick it up at 11:50 am on 5.20.21 just for them to say it wouldn’t be ready for another day. not the first time i’ve had an issue with this pharmacy. go to walgreens.
