This location is the best on the East side. I avoid Mayfield and Cedar which are both closer to me.

I love the staff here. They are always helpful. I am able to find what I need quickly and easily. The reason for my one star deduction. The lack of cashiers. I went two days in a row. And both days had about 20 people in line. Took about 15-20 mins to check out. But the rest of the business is spot on. I will keep coming back.

I bought a Weber grill and got it home and almost finished putting it together and found they gave me a natural gas grill. I took it back and got the one I wanted it was a floor model. I got it home hook up the gas and found the ignitor switch was gone. I called them and asked if I could bring in the front plate and put an ignition switch in and they told me to being it in. when I got there they said sorry we don't have it. It was a 500 dollar grill. I will return it tomorrow and go to Lowes

Nice and convenient. good to have a place to grab an affordable bite to eat before heading into the Home Depot to start your endless repairs

Terrible waited over 30 minutes for someone to tell me inaccurate information . I understand biting members of the community but damn get knowledgeable individuals that want to do more than collect a check and don't know their job . I hate coming to this place . The cashiers are rude and have the audacity to ask for a review . Well this is a review that won't be internal and be seen by everyone.

Bunch of lazy "workers" holes in there. My husband and I came here to get a garbage disposal and set up installed. The sign says "get it installed" we went to ask for help and they told us they don't do that. 20 minutes later they finally send someone over and he didn't know what he was talking about! They would all rather play on their phones than do their job! If I could give zero stars I would

This homedepot made my day. Employee Chris wilson went out of his way to find the tile I wanted that no else could seem to find. He found it got it down loaded it on cart and then even helped load it in the vehicle. If it wasnt for him the company would of lost money. He is agreat asset to the company

Had install work here done with the install services that they offer. I was very happy with the whole process and install once finished. Had one basic issue that they quickly fixed the next day, wasn't anything they messed up just had a issue with the lock that had to be replaced. I would use them again.

If I can give it 0 Stars I would. Horrible customer service! Who was the Genius that thinks it's a good idea to have one person in each department to help customers, then when the employee goes to lunch there is no help available! This is terrible!

This review is based on my personal experience at the libby road maple heights location and is not meant to be a review on homedpot as a whole. They have terrible staff in the paint department. They are poorly trained and do not put any effort into providing good customer service. "From my experience ask for the manager when you need paint mixed up they will be able to preform better than the staff in the paint department." Also i would like to mention the staff work very slow and you will be waiting in line for at least 15-30 minuets before they will be able to assist you in the paint department. As for the rest of the store i have never had any problems, If you need paint you are better off driving to a different location.

The Home Depot in Maple Heights is not bad. However I feel like items are just hard to find unless you regularly come here. The staff are helpful sometimes. But sometimes they get annoyed when you need clarification. I expect better from businesses. However, since they carry quality products, I would recommend shopping here for your needs. All of the appliances in my house are from here and it's smooth transition from installation to hauling away the old appliances.

Awesome service here. The people are always super friendly and willing to help. I overheard another lady in the store today say she drove quite a distance to get her item, but she wished this was her home store because she was treated so well. Keep up the good work!
