I hired them to move my brother's one bedroom apartment. They were fast, efficient and super friendly. Plus I really couldn't beat their rate. Job well done, guys.

Amazing moving company. We had another moving company (All My Sons) cancel on us the day of our move. We were in shock to say the least. Called Mount Up and they helped us immediately. Very professional, polite, and timely. Tony and Mike, our movers, were fabulous and moved so quickly. Fair pricing and Mount Up customer service is great. Thank you for saving us on our move day!!!

I had a relatively small move. There were a few problems (after discussions, they moved some items that weren't supposed to be moved and they forgot a few items), but even with the few small problems we had, the movers were very professional, polite and treated my belongings with respect. And the price was great! I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service! Very professional and friendly guys. Outstanding rates. The guys were fast and considerate with all my belongings. They were even patient enough to try a couple different ways to get a couch in a tight space before I insisted they give up. I will 100% be using them again!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I would post ZERO stars if I could. I hired the movers to move a 1bed 1bath apartment. I packed everything in advance to make sure that the move went smoothly. I was scheduled for a 1pm move and the movers came at 4:45pm. They were careless and caused damage to my bedroom furniture. The damage includes poor installation of my bed (my base board fell when I tried to make my bed), a hole on the bottom of my dresser, broken glass, and tons of scratches and dents to my furniture. In addition, the movers used the time I paid for to make multiple breaks to the gas station to buy drinks. I have tried to call Lavelle Borum many time to find out how they will remedy the problem but no one in the office is picking up my calls. This company is not professional. If the company is truly what they claim to be, they would answer my calls and handle my complaints seriously. I am a graduate student who spent my hard earned money to get quality service and that is NOT what I received.
