I called the shop asking how much to plug a tire the gentleman who answered said 28.00 I explained that I was on my way when I arrived the gentleman became upset and argumentative that I was there despite there shop listing closing hours at 7pm. Nevertheless we finished by him saying I have no one here. Complete waste of time I don’t recommend to anyone!!!!

I called to check to see if they had tires that would fit my car after having two flats at the same time. They said they did and I could bring it right in. Car was towed there and within two hours, I had four new tires, balanced, with a wheel alignment, all for an extremely reasonable price. Each staff person I spoke to was very nice and very pleasant. GREAT SERVICE , it is appreciated, Thank You ?

One of the good reasons I go to Mr.Tires on Warrensville Center rd. There prices is right and good customer service. I can't speak for everyone, however they waa on point for me.. PRICELESS..Thank you again Mr.Tires

I was at first upset that the tires I pick online was discontinued. Then I was really set back by the other option that was $300 more. But I took a leap on faith and went with it. When I say I was impressed by the second option, I mean the look of the tire looked amazing. And the sidewall tread blow my mind. I was very happy and didn’t mind paying. The best part was that i only had to wait for little over an hours and was done. Your team also gave me a discount without me asking. Great team
