Banner broken by cheap plastic
I've ordered 2 banner stands for $375 and $353 respectively, each because they had custom, swap out cartridges. The case is good, the picture nice quality. I WOULD be happy except...
The banner top rests on a little cheap piece of plastic (instead of the pole going into the metal top as others) - and that plastic got broken in transit AND POSTUPSTAND HAS NO SOLUTION other than to order another banner for $hundreds! Their answer was "you bought it Nov. 2023, order another one." Really? Why don't they design it like others, with the pole going into a hole in the metal top?

I want to leave a better review, because I love the end products but as a reseller, the order process is so long and drawn out. It took a week of contacting PostUp to just get the art email to send my designs. I was told I’d have a quote the next morning, but I had to follow up twice to get it. Another 2-3 days of waiting for comments back for proofing just to get an order placed because artwork was cut off the top.Not sure why we can’t just order off the original site with a discount, the web designer and ordering system is great unless you are using resale, then you have to jump through hoops and customer service vs being able to proof the designs yourself.I will continue to update this review as we place more orders and hopefully get better service or at least more familiar with the company, but as a first resale order, it has been a tough process with no clear direction or timeframes.

I will not use this company again. They sent one of my two banner stands totally messed up incorrect print job. For the inconvenience of several phone calls, wasted time, and waiting double the time I was offered no compensation or courtesy whatsoever. Yes I had to wait for the replacement and didn't have it for my event, and spent many hours and 5 phone calls to resolve the issue, with no compensation for all the inconvenience.

We have purchased multiple display pieces for our tradeshow events over the years. Post Up Stand has been our go-to for those products for years. They have amazing service. Recently we had a booth kit arrive with some broken pieces. Once we contacted Post Up Stand, with pictures, they quickly sent a replacement kit out to us. They didn't just replace the few broken pieces or ask us to first ship the broken stuff back, they replaced the entire kit. I would highly recommend this company. We will certainly continue using them.

I will update after I have used the display this weekend. It comes with NO instructions and online chat was only kinda helpful. I do t really have instructions. Just a little concerned about setting it up tonight. Show is tomorrow. What I have seen — podium wrap and stand up banner look good.

Quality has slipped very badly. Most of pop ups had a white stripe down the side (vs an image) and we received 2 of one banner and none of another banner. We use you A LOT for our trade show needs and there is constant disappointment. You're ruining a great product! :-(
