Horrible location! Sad part is it is basically situated in the hood (Yes Maple Heights can be categorized as \\\"The Hood\\\"). Sadly this demographic has to suffer but Rite Aid probably could care less. The pharmacy staff NEVER answers the phone! I couldn't even speak to someone to get my asthmatic son's prescription numbers so that I could transfer all of his scripts to a different pharmacy. The drive thru is reserved for COVID Testing only and you are forced to come inside. I feel terrible for elderly and disabled customers. There has to be some ADA violations going on here. Rite Aid you need to do better. Just throw the whole pharmacy away please and thank you.

Customer service is usually great but the new girl was unnecessarily disrespectful to all ten people in line. I have been a customer there for years and have never been treated that way I will not return. The girl working at 330 on Monday October 3rd 2022 needs to be fired or all customers will be lost. Terrible I’ll drive farther and go to giant eagle from now on.

Sad I left the dentist appointment at 1 pm I come here to get my child pain meds they tell me it's going to be about an hour shift it's 3:16 now.... They are so dam lazy

No one waiting still 45 min after 20 was told pharmacist still have not counted it yet. Some people have to get back to work and not wait all day. Another person came in and was done before me. What a crock, I now remember why I don't come in this store.

Horrible management. Extremely lazy. They will literally tell you that they don't want to handle a problem that's within their scope to do so. There's two male managers, though they look like night and day they are very much one in the same. They both roll their eyes and huff and puff when facing a challenge. Not even a difficult challenge, something a child or a blind cat could do. These two guys are basically glorified cashiers with the title of Manager. I honestly can't wait for the day that androids/robots take over public/customer service because I am so tired of dealing with people who hates people and have a problem performing simple tasks. I don't understand why people who have zero people skills and zero problem solving skills purposely choose to work in a field that deals with the very things they can't handle. Goofy.

Giving them 2 stars to maybe get their attention. At the entrance the staff is super friendly, but at the pharmacy? Looking away from waiting customers, not greeting, blaming each other for not having prescriptions ready within their own timelines, saying: what do you want? to customers...plain unprofessional. Serving a majority Black community doesn't give you the right to be rude and mediocre.

I wouldn't even give the pharmacy one star. They are awful and do not answer phones at all and leave them off of the hook I suppose because it seems as the line is always busy when you call even if you wait 3+ days. It's ridiculous. I'm not sure how they are even in business anymore. Awful service. I've tried countless times to fill a prescription on multiple occasions I'll just be switching to another pharmacy. If you're looking for a reliable pharmacy this is not it.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever.. Apparently, they don't actually fill your prescription until you get there, even if you call days before. I always wait In line at least 30 minutes, just ridiculous. And the black girl that they currently have working there I don't know how she became a pharmacist tech she's the worst. They use to have good service .

They never ever answer the phone. The lines are always long and they always have attitudes. I started going there last year and will never go back again. Very bad customer service. It should be closed down.

The pharmacy is terrible. I called the Rite Aid corporate customer service and they called even Rite Aid's own customer service couldn't get through to someone in pharmacy. Shame. The rep did put in a complaint.If I could give them a -1 I would. I thought Walgreens pharmacy was bad but it looks good to me now.
