It's the second time I purchase a dress at Ruby's and, just like the time before, I had a great experience here! The store has so many different options, unlike many other stores in Cleveland area. The owner was very helpful and took the time to not only show me the many options available but also assist me as I tried on many options today. He listened to me and helped me pick something appropriate to the event and that compliments my body and looks elegant. During checkout we had a great conversation and talked about our countries and cultures! I will for sure come back whenever I need a fancy dress for another special occasion. And obviously the dress js gorgeous and everyone loved it.

The older man was incredibly rude and creepy. He made my little sister prom shopping experience horrible. He followed us around the store and kept trying to give her Dresses to try on that he liked. He attempted to come in the dressing room to help with the dress straps, very Inappropriate!! He also has a smart mouth!!

At Ruby’s finding a prom dress was easy. The store owner made sure my experience was a one and I really appreciate that. And it wasn’t like he just wanted to sell you any dress he made sure it fitted you.

If I could give zero stars I would they are VERY RUDE! The older gentleman literally grabbed a dress out of my hand and said “you can’t try that on if it’s not in your budget” and made a whole scene about how I can’t afford a dress when we were just trying the dress on. They also hide the brand of the dresses so that you can’t find it online and are forced to buy it there.

Customer service is horrible. The one lady does not know how to speak to people. You are not the only dress store around!!!
