My family and I stopped in to pick up 2 outdoor chairs that we had been looking for. We had never been to this location and the gentleman who helped us could see that we had no clue where their location had everything. We didn’t even have to ask for help. He had to have seen our faces and took it upon himself to see what he could do to help us out. Rented a trencher that was recently “fixed”. Rented it, and get started and the belt popped off immediately. Turns out is wasn’t fixed. I had to borrow a truck to pick this up - have 3 hours and 60 miles invested and the store didn’t offer a discount or alternate larger machine at the same cost.Said they only thing they could do was refund my money. Terrible customer service and employee attitudes at this place.Rent your equipment elsewhere.

I bought a Weber grill and got it home and almost finished putting it together and found they gave me a natural gas grill. I took it back and got the one I wanted it was a floor model. I got it home hook up the gas and found the ignitor switch was gone. I called them and asked if I could bring in the front plate and put an ignition switch in and they told me to being it in. when I got there they said sorry we don't have it. It was a 500 dollar grill. I will return it tomorrow and go to Lowes

If I can give it 0 Stars I would. Horrible customer service! Who was the Genius that thinks it's a good idea to have one person in each department to help customers, then when the employee goes to lunch there is no help available! This is terrible!

My best experience in home improvement shopping. The store even carries some items that say "Online only item" on the website. With tool rental, this store has everything I need to get the job done. I'm not concerned about lines in a warehouse store, it's a lot more convenient waiting 15 min in a line, instead of 3 days processing, and 3 days shipping when ordering online.
