When the vehicle initially failed to start, he went above and beyond, taking the time to clear it of snow. He also assisted in removing the surrounding snow to facilitate the vehicle's removal. NAS showed remarkable patience, remaining committed until the truck was successfully loaded onto the flatbed, despite enduring a snowstorm. “My wife had a minor mishap pulling into our garage during a heavy rain storm by clipping the garage and damaging the right rear passenger door. My wife found LJI Collision Center on the internet and was inspired that it was a female owned business. From the time we brought the car there for the initial assessment until we picked the car up the process was seamless. We originally went to their Beachwood location, but they would not be able to start work on the car until late September conflicting with a trip we had planned in early October. Bonnie reached out other sister Jill their Cleveland Heights location and were able to get it in right away. They handled everything from dealing with our insurance company to keeping us informed as to the status of the repairs. When we picked up the car, we were blown away as the car never looked as if there was damage to it, not to mention that it had been fully detailed and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I would like to thank Jill and her staff for what was a truly pleasurable experience under a normally stressful situation. I would highly recommend LJI Collision as they do great work and are truly a family run business that cares about their customers.”
“Amy and the family at Fuerst are, without question, the most trustworthy and honest company doing automotive work. I reached out to Amy after believing I had done damage to my vehicle's braking structure /steering knuckle when changing the brakes myself. We had the vehicle towed to the Fuerst shop, expecting an expensive replacement of the steering knuckle. I wanted to have the repair done right and heard that Fuerst does excellent work. Long story short, Amy was communicative the whole way, a pleasure to speak to, and utlimately let me know the damage was not as I had anticipated & no expensive repair was needed. They could have easily charged me $1,000 for the repair I felt certain that I needed. By showing the depth of their honesty and ethical practices, they've earned all my future business for repair work that is outside my ability! Thank you, Amy!”

The two gentlemen who came to tow my car went above and beyond and managed to push my Outback over 100 feet through a zig-zaggy parking garage before getting it hooked up to the tow truck. I cannot be more thankful for their help and for putting up with my car being stuck in the most inconvenient parking garage location possible.”
“This is an amazing tow yard with quality caring people! They answered my call early Mon which was great so I didn't have to worry because I wanted to see it. They told me what I needed to do for the release and are very organized with the keys etc!! I only have use of one hand after my accident and my ID, money, and hotel key fell out when I fumbled for my phone for the Uber. I was in a panic. They called and told me they found all of it on the driveway. I HIGHLY recommend their services!!”

“GREAT!!!! Showed up very quickly, by far fastest I have ever seen a tow truck show up to the location. About 15 mins. There was no discussion of the price when I called, a fundamental error, but I was having a hard time getting anyone to come get my car from the side of the road. So takes the car and me to a shop a mile or 2 from where I was. He drops the car in a parking spot and asks if I was quoted a price. I said no. So he says his boss quoted. $xx.xx and I was so happy, cheapest tow I have ever had, 1985 tow was literally alot more. My situation and distance I am sure played a big part and including the drive to my car, and drop at shop probably took them 30 mins(awesome service). BUT many or most take advantage, and They did not in any way. GREAT Service, great price, and without a doubt some great people! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ ☆☆☆☆ 10 stars perfect score!”

“Bryant is a great mechanic and a total pro. My friend and I came to his shop for an emergency repair for an oil pan leak. It was my friend's first experience needing a car repair and he did a great job explaining what needed to happen, got the part for my friend at a good rate, and charged for a reasonable price. Best of all, we took the car there on a holiday and he was able to the repair the car that day! Bryant is both friendly and trustworthy. Cannot recommend Bryant enough!!”

“Thought I needed a tow so I called and gave my location, and the driver arrived in 10 minutes. I asked him to try a jump-start before towing and he politely obliged. When that didn't work, we both thought it was the starter, so he knocked on the starter while I cranked the engine and it started up immediately. Charged $30 (well worth it) and I was able to drive home. (They previously quoted about $99 before tax for a 16 mile tow, also a good rate.) Most people don't review towing services, and when they do, they usually share only negative experiences. They tried to get my car started even though it would have meant losing the payment for the tow. Brought me to my mechanic 15 miles away for a very fair price as well. Don't ever want to need their services again, but would definitely reach out to them if need be.”
“Westside towing was amazing. I started calling tow companys at 7am. Buy 1pm no one called me back. I called Westside!!! Within 10 mins they were at my car hooking it up & driving it to the mechanic for me. I will only be calling Westside towing if I ever need a tow in the future!
