Do not buy from or work here. I went in to clean a stove. I was already sick and they had spray painted a washer inside and smoked inside the building. The employees that picked me up were smoking weed while delivering appliances. I still have not gotten paid for the 2.5 hours I worked. This is a horrible business and they are not professional!

This place is a joke. save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere. A friend of mine spent $1400 on new appliances all for them to come and tear up her lawn on delivery day not to mention break her child’s slide… Owner refuses to pay for full damages as if it’s her fault smh be better . And for everyone thinking about spending money here, do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or anywhere else

Spent $1400 on appliances from this place , got my appliances delivered and they end up trying to drive through my wet grass and got stuck and had to get a tow .they end up breaking my daughters slide trying to get there truck out the grass . I asked them can they fix my grass or pay for it they tell me no they will pitch in , it’s sad when you try to support black business and this happen so disrespectful and rude and I spent a lot of money with them very sad .

Today was my 1st visiting this salon. Tina was a excellent stylist. She was informative regarding the up keep of my braids. My braids came out great. She was also fast. The salon was clean. I will definitely be returning ?

What a great place to buy appliances! I needed a new fridge, dishwasher and range. I wasn’t in a real hurry but wanted to take advantage of the 4th of July sale. The range wasn’t in stock so we delayed the delivery until yesterday. What An awesome group to work with. Martina at the store helped me get the appliances with features I needed or wanted. No pressure to upgrade, but made helpful suggestions. The delivery guys were awesome! They were running late but still gave me and my sister time to clean the walls and floors after removing the old appliances. Everything works!!!! Thank you so much! Betty Jo Jarvis.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator and I could not be happier. The salesman was so professional and told me about the options that would work best for my budget and space. I was not pressured at all and look forward to returning for my other appliances. The delivery was quick and painless. I appreciated the gentlemen being honest about what they were able to install based off of my current living situation. Again tens across the board and will retain me as a customer!

I couldn't have been more pleased. My old refrigerator quit on the Sunday and by Wednesday I had a new refrigerator. Very nice sales staff with no high pressure selling and great delivery men. I highly recommend this local business. Their prices matched Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy.

The Turney and Dunham Appliances (Maple Heights) has been nothing but a great experience. Tina has been awesome with helping this process so easy. This location is very clean and everyone I’ve encountered has been very friendly and punctual. The customer service is amazing and don’t worry if they don’t answer the will call you back in a timely fashion which is very rare these days.

Went in on Monday Oct 3 to buy fridge. I took a pic from the website to the sales floor. The young man entered all the data and setup delivery for today Wed Oct 5 2022. Two men came measured the doorway, lifted the old fridge out of the kitchen and installed the new one in under 30 mins. My fridge is up and running and it is energy efficiency. No more running around town looking for appliances for me this will be my spot for the stove next month. Great service and great prices. If you have a water line to fridge these guys can handle it. Took care of my waterline assembly.
