When I initially spoke to the receptionist they were courteous and very helpful. It was easy to reserve and set up storage rental online. The price of the storage is reasonable. Good location and easy to access the property.
I would recommend to others in need of a storage unit.

Premier storage is super easy to reserve, you can do it all online and do not have To speak to anyone if you prefer or if you would rather have that personal interaction, you can call as well. The facility is conveniently located and weld it up and open 24/7 I definitely refer from your storage to anyone that has storage needs.

It was easy to move this time eliminating storage items first.
The facility clean easy to get in and out.
Good security, and well lite
Only down fall.
Rent went up $35. In first year.
Before paying extra for insurance, check your homeowners to see if they cover sheds??

Horrible place. Gates would not open and when I got ahold of them they stared they would contact me with a status. They never called back. When back a couple days and the gates were wide open and no one around. Person behind me stated it happened in past too. Never happened!
The shed leaked water and told them and they did nothing about it. If I could give negative stars I would. Never again!

We've been locked out of our storage for 3 days now. The whole storage units , not just ours
We've called and called, but there was no answer. We've e mailed, no answer. The gates aren't opening at all. We know we paid, so that's not it. The alarm has been going off since Saturday, which tells me someone could have already robbed every storage unit and been on their way long ago. The police aren't notified when the alarm is going off either. Sooo, this isn't really video taped or secure is it like they say. We want comp for not having access to our storage u it. This is a huge issue, seeing as we're in the process of moving.

I had a wonderful experience with Cherryl today. She made it so easy. I went to the unit and the door handle got stuck on the top part of the frame trim. So I went back home and called her just so they knew what was going on, and they happily gave us the option of transferring to another unit or waiting until tomorrow morning when they get it fixed. All in all, Cherryl did an awesome job. Thanks.
