They consistently call me looking for someone by the name of Maraget, and even after explaining the situation and trying my best to be nice, they refuse to take me off their do not call list even after telling me that they would 5 times now
They also will call from the most random numbers as I got called by them on 4 different numbers, two of which marked as Spam, in the span of a minute
I have never once used this bank, as i use TFCU

I deposited an insurance check for a claim. They placed a 10 day hold. Called customer service they informed me branch manager could reach out to back office to get the hold released. Called and spoke with Branch manager and she informed me she could get it released a couple days early. Instead of the 24th she would get it released on the 21st. Called bacon the 21st when it wasn't released, she avoided my call but sent a message via the lady who answered the phone and told me the funds would be released later that day or in the morning on the 22nd. The morning of the 22nd came and yep that is right no funds released. Called branch office and whent to voice mail. Branch did reach out and informed me nothing can be done it is just going to come off when it comes off. Worst bank to deal with period. 5+ year bank relationship will be over on Tuesday when they actually release the funds.

First time I have ever used this branch, I should have looked at the reviews first. I've been a US Bank customer for 20 years and I just opened a Chase account today. They reversed a large check that I had deposited because it was made out to my name and my wife's name. Then told me I'd get the check back in a few weeks. I've never had this problem at other branches.

Always a long wait period in the drive thru and they are never equipped with enough staffing to have the lobby open!!! What an inconvenience for customers way to put us first!!!

The staff is incompetent and cant understand english. Save yourself the nightmare and go to a real bank. Your money is not safe here. These people have no business dealing with money period!

I'm a US Bank customer who often uses the Marengo branch because of it"s convenient location between Mt Vernon and Columbus. Recently I had a check deposit problem (no fault of the bank's). Erin Kelty, the branch manager, was on it Day One, cut through the red tape and had the problem solved in a few hours! She, her assistant Cindy, and the rest of her staff are polite, personable, caring and efficient. I heartily recommend this branch to locals and non-locals alike!

You better hope you don't have tattoos like me if u bank here . A teller named CINDY treated me like a convict when the atm didn't release my funds and said contact your financial institution. I stepped in immediately to let them know, and like always there was 7 tellers and 0 customers. She tried a “card issue†statement but the teller beside her was nice and said “but he just used the same card†but not ol' CINDY. The next man to use the atm said it was out of cash and she gladly helped him and gave him the money it didn't dispense,and even said “ that's what we're here forâ€,while I stood in the lobby and outside (making sure the snow plows didn't block me in) trying to contact my financial institution with 8 inches of snow on and freezing cold with our 1 year old in the truck with us. Please if u have any other options avoid this bank. We will now close my fiance's Account here immediately ! Now my rent will be late, luckily I have enough saved to cover the rest of the bills.Totally disrespectful,unprofessional,and unacceptable!!!!!!But it's just the reality of what I face daily due to looking a little different in a small town unfortunately!
