I want to first start with writing , our regular mail gal Danielle is amazing! The best mail person I've ever had and I have lived in a lot of places. Now the reason for the 2 stars. When Danielle is off it seems we can't get anything delivered or picked up correctly. Last week I had my flag up for something to be taken and after the flag was down the package was left in the mailbox just shoved to the back with all the new mail in front, so we rushed to the post Office to make sure it went out that day. (The only reason given to
us was it was a substitute) I assume substitutes are taught what to do when a flag is up. A month ago we were home waiting for a package to be delivered on a weekend, we went down to check the mail and there was a notification that they tried to deliver it but no one was home. No one came to our house or our door to try to deliver. That was a lie . Now today we get home and a large package that was ordered was left in front of our mailbox at the end of our 500 foot driveway that you cannot see the from house, instead of brought up to our door. I'm very glad that it didn't rain or get stolen. I will attach a picture but I'm not quite sure what to do with these issues ? The post office staff have always been polite. Normally I would not write a review but this is an ongoing issue when our normal gal is not here ( again thank you Danielle for always being amazing thoughtful and going above and beyond)

I had a complaint and it was quickly taken care of by the Post Master Michelle. There had been some miscommunication and stress surrounding recent deliveries. I appreciate Michelle’s professionalism, information and care.

Last year I got notification that my mail box was not level. Being a contractor I put a level in it. No issue level. About every year I get notification to support the mail box. It’s standing and I have no problem with it. If you deliver mail in a car that’s your problem not mine. Stop with the treats to shut down service. (Michelle) I guess I will be calling the post master again.

The mail carrier just does not seem to understand how to drop our mail off in our mailbox. We have spoke to her (nicely) in person when she has stopped at our house to try and figure out the problem and she seemed to have understood but still continues to put our mail in the wrong mailbox. Almost everyday we have to walk over to our neighbors to collect our mail. Next thing is the dogs. I understand someone being afraid of dogs but when the dogs are clearly locked up and behind a closed door there’s no reason to leave the package in the drive way (sometimes in the rain!) I have even witnessed her toss them onto the porch. Maybe if you’re that deathly terrified of dogs being a mail carrier is not the job for you. She’s outrageous and seems to not be able to do her job correctly. It would be nice to just receive our mail correctly, packages not thrown around or left in unreasonable spots. I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews but maybe this will push her to do better.

Mail carrier has stopped in front of my property and thrown the trash from her car in my yard, she has driven through my yard and will throw packages marked fragile... It is obvious that she does not care about her job and it shows... I have gone to the Post Master about this and nothing has changed. Very unfortunate.

They accept passport applications. It was quick and painless. We did schedule an appointment. No long waits at this quiet post office. Nice large, easily accessible parking lot.

Tracking says package was delivered then it says it was picked up in person. I live in another state. Wonder who picked up the package.

It's currently 9:30 a.m. At 8:50 am this morning, I received an email and a message that "usps attempted to deliver your package at 11:50 a.m. It is now being held for pick up."How can something that is 3 hours in the future, already have happened? I permanently work from home and no one has been here. There is no direct phone to contact them and, since the location is only open for 4-5 hours, I can't get there to retrieve my package.

I stayed home Saturday for delivery of apackage 9361289698090606563121 that was two backpacks for a hiking trip the next day. At 3:30pm they "attempted" delivery. I was in the front yard, no one "attempted" anything. At around 5pm i got a notice that they "re-attempted" delivery at 6:38pm. So apparently usps "attempted delivery" over a hour into the future. Then they held the package at the post office. Amazon called usps and usps said they would attempt delivery Monday. My package hasn't moved.

Only four stars due to the fact that they close too early. Most people don't get out of work until 4-5 o'clock, that being said, how are we to do our postal needs when they close before we get out of our daily labor? Aside from that, they're always kind and courteous.

My mailbox was recently destroyed by a county snow plow, so I had to put my mail on hold. Stopping in every few days, I was greeted by a very pleasant younger lady with short blond hair. She would grab my mail and tell me to have a nice day.
