Clean and professional. Friendly and polite tellers. Never had a hassle in conducting any of my bank transactions at this location. Unfortunately, though, the physical location is quite crowded and provides some difficulty with getting in and out of the parking lot/drive-through. With the many branch locations in the area, Citizens Bank is a rising star!

This is such an awesome bank I've been a member of this bank for almost 10 years and I've been treated with courtesy and kindness by everyone. the people are friendly they call you by name they go out of their way to help you with all your needs and take care of you to make sure that your banking experience is is a good one
