Don't go there!!! They are sooo horrible. My phone ? would not work ? right and he was ticked off. Making rude comments in Spanish. I am hearing impaired and they wouldn't talk to me. Had to go ?♀️ to Walmart and it ? was ? no picnic. They won't let me cancel ? ? my cricket Wireless.

Worst customer service at the Marietta location. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude. I was trying to get a better understanding and she hung up on me

Mindy was amazing!!!!!!! My husband and I showed up 30 min before closing and she treated us like the first people she helped all day. She was kind, funny, helpful, and fast. Had us handled and out the door in 15 min. I've worked retail for years and dealing with the public zaps you by end of day. She didn't seem to be. I know she had to be though and she hid it well lol. Kuddos to you! Cricket better give her a raise!!!!

The local Cricket retail dealer is wonderful; however, if you need to address issues with the cell phone insurance package, prepare to come away frustrated. It is much easier and not much more expensive to just buy a new phone. Insurance is a waste of money

Mickey at Cricket is very helpful. He got me the important info I needed on the Emergency Broadband Program. I have been a Cricket customer for years. They have FANTASTIC customer service. Their rates are very reasonable.

Nickey did an awesome job adding 4 lines for us today. He even helped set up all the phones with the cases and screen protectors. Then made sure all the info was ported to the new phones! Great employee. He needs a raise!!! Thanks again nickey
