Would give 0 if I could. As a Ford dealer, they should know what their cost for most service jobs should be such as Transmission Flash and fill. But they either don't know or rob customers. Called and also asked in person about a Transmission flush on my 2011 Ford F150. Was told both times it would be right around $240 to $245 plus tax. So I had them do the service. Total cost.....$300.00. That is quite a ways off form their quote. I will never deal with them again. Not for Service or to buy a car. If it is one of Pioneer's dealerships, I WILL TRAVEL A thousand miles to go elsewhere.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Honestly... Had my car in there not even a week ago told them a transmission fault light was on. By the time I went in for the apt the code was gone. I showed them my Ford pass app explained what was going on. They said we'll light aint on but he did fix the transmission seal and put fluid in. Okay that's great except it still shifted horrible from park to drive. I was on my way to Wisconsin for a trip which they knew about. And my transmission fault light pops on a d I'm over 5hrs from home. I can't deal with this dealership it's a joke

If I could give 0 stars I would. We took our vehicle to the service department for a routine oil change. During the 4-wheel inspection they found a leaking front driverside axle seal, so we scheduled to have it replace a few days later. When we took it in to have the seal replaced they also replaced a bushing. Three days later we went on a trip to South Carolina and upon our return, while traveling 75 mph on I-77, the front driverside axle and control arm came out of their housing causing the front tire to detach from the vehicle and us to skid over 400 ft across both lanes of traffic (nearly getting hit by a tractor trailer and a pickup truck) before crashing into the righthand shoulder. We then had to have the inoperable vehicle towed and spend nearly $400 on a rental car. They are denying responsibility and refusing to reimburse us for the rental car and medical bills. But most importantly, have no concern for the fact that their gross negligence almost killed myself and my fiance. I would not recommend their service center to my worst enemy!!!

If I could have put no stars I would have. I am very very disappointed. I traded in my car here. First of all, I had two cars that I was interested in looking at. They would not tell me where they were instead they insisted on bringing them to me. Well they brought my first choice to me and I took it out on the interstate and then when exiting the van quit running. The dealer said it was because my knee hit the key. Then when asked to bring my second choice they said I wouldn't like it. So they brought something they thought I would like. Well it was good. It checked all the boxes and I had already been there for 3 1/2 hours so I said I would take it. Stupid on my part. First of all the dealer, Damon Jordan, knew nothing about the car. When asked questions like how was the mileage and stuff that he should have known he didn't. I had been there awhile and my kid was crying so I just wanted to get it done and over with. Well like I said stupid on my part. I have had nothing but problems with this car since I got it. Things are held on with super glue that in the hot sun started falling off. Now that it is winter, SURPRISE, the heat does not work. I have only had it for 4 months and have had to replace numerous things so far. I replaced the thermostat and the heat still does not work. I have so angry and I would never never buy another car here or recommend it to any one else.

I am traveling from out of state (NC) when my tire pressure light came on. I thought that I could receive assistance from the closest Ford dealership which happened to be Family Ford in Marietta. I arrived at Family Ford around 12:30 today and was told by a salesman that all mechanics were at lunch and would not return for 30 minutes or more. I saw no customers in the lot, in showroom or service area and no other salespeople. Do you think that this is a good business plan to have no one on site that could help with a simple service task? Was the salesman afraid of getting his hands dirty?

I have purchased about a dozen new vehicles and a few used vehicles in my life and this is the first time that I have purchased back to back from the same dealership. When I purchased my 2016 F-150, the transaction was the most pleasant truck purchase experience I've EVER had. So when it came time to buy another truck I thought it would be different, but when I bought the 2018 F-150, the experience was even better!! All the staff is friendly and helpful above and beyond! Thank you!

Well, I bought my NEW Ford on 7/14/18 from a competitor in Parkersburg, WV and couldn't be happier. I contacted Family Ford on both 7/13/18 and 7/14/18 and I still have yet to get a response from you. I even stopped in on 7/14/18 and walked the entire lot, both new and used lot, with no help. Even walked passed salespeople and said "hi" and nothing (not even a "hi"). Went to Parkersburg, WV and bought a new Ford within 3 hours. I knew what I wanted and they helped me. Even an "I'll be with you in a minute" would have gone so far. Then again a response after I was told I'd be contacted would have been nice.

.*****DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP **** Go ANY PLACE ELSE!!! I received an email quote from the sales staff. Showed up to purchase the truck and the sales manager raised the price $3k. I went to another dealer and purchased a Platinum for less. The SALES MANAGER IS A JOKE!!!!
