The branch in Marietta is great and the staff are friendly. I live in Parkersburg but will drive to Marietta because Parkersburg branch is not as helpful or friendly.

This is a large regional bank but I get treated like it's a small community bank. Tellers know my name and greet me when I come in. I always come inside because of the friendly experience I always have. Jacob and Lori are both awesome and so are the others,I just don't know all their names.

My husband, daughter, & myself were in the bank on 5/21 for some banking. Jacob the teller was wonderful & helped us get what we needed to get done.
