“Staff is always friendly, and helpful. HOWEVER, something I witnessed today deserves special recognition. As per usual mid December, the store was especially crowded with a line nearly out the door. I witnessed an elderly woman at the counter lacking the proper QR code to return her items. The employee working the counter was especially patient as the elderly customer attempted to understand what she needed. Seeing this was going to take extra effort, the employee called another employee from the back to work the counter and keep things moving, while she stepped aside with the elderly lady, and helped her complete her return. WAY above and beyond!! I very much regret not getting the employee's name, as she deserves more recognition for her patience and exceptional customer service. Keep up the great work!!!”
