Amazing place with great people! I bought a car here and they gave me a warranty on it and then the owner himself did all the work on it and he replaced things that the warranty didnt cover and he paid for it himself! I highly recommend checking them out!

I bought a lemon. I've replaced the alternator, battery, 4 tires, tire sensors, and both brakes on a 2008 Honda accord. And won't buy anything from them again!

BUYER BEWARE!!!
As other reviews have stated unless you want anything but problems with the new car you buy then DO NOT buy from this place. I’ve owned my 2018 Subaru Impreza for 3 months and I’ve already had to change all my spark plugs, new brakes, new tires and now I have to change the alternator and the battery! Could have found a cheaper car on Facebook with how much I’ve had to fix. They would not work on the price a single bit would not fix the ac blower or change the battery in the key fob. Read your paperwork very carefully as well as I was supposed to have a 3 month 3k miles warranty and signed the papers for it but then when I asked for the number to the place they claimed they took it off to meet my payments but I did not know this! Hopefully you read these reviews and look somewhere different.

Zero rating if I could., poor service!! I Went here about 3 years or so ago, and got a 2012 Chevy traverse and have had nothing but problems with it. Went back over they had it for 3 days and still nothing. Then went back to see if they’d make it right with me and they wouldn’t unless I put money down... Went back a few months ago and the guy wouldn’t even talk to me or nothing! Sadly I trusted them (Brian) considering he told me and mom he was a pastor.. and still sold me junk knowing I had 2 children and needed something reliable.. Then when I went back he wouldn’t even come in and talk to me, he knows he did me wrong! I’d they’d make it right with me it would be different but nope there rude and liars!!

Pulled in the lot looking for my daughters first vehicle. Shortly after getting out and beginning to walk around a salesman came out told us where all the cars were around the building, said he had more inside if we wanted to look at them and told us to just let him know if we needed any help then left us to go look around without following or hounding us. Super friendly, and courteous. We found a vehicle she really wanted (2016 jeep renegade), took it for a test drive, they did not ride with us so we were able to test the car in peace which was very nice since my daughter is shy around people and wouldn't have spoke her mind about the jeep with him there. We decided purchase the vehicle, the paper work process was quick and painless. The jeep was from ohio and didnt have a wv inspection, they gaurteed it to pass inspection in wv and would cover any cost of repairs for it to pass and they did. The windshield had a nick in it and they replaced it no issues. Highly recomend if you are looking for a good used vehicle.

Drove over an hour to look at a vehicle. They gave me keys to a different vehicle without letting me know that they sold the one that I came to see. Anything to get anyone into the door. Underhanded and misleading. No apologies or anything. Over an hour drive to get here just to have them not say anything but try to put me into another car. Never again. Beware.

Thought I’d be able to trust them since they’re a small, hometown business. Huge mistake. Unless you want an unreliable car that they put ZERO work into before reselling, please do not waste your money! Horrible business! Twice they’ve had to take it back to do work so it would even run. The second time we had to pay almost $900. For something THEY should have fixed before selling the crap truck. And to top it off, it wasn’t derailed not even in the slightest when we picked it up. One more thing and I’ll be sending it back to the bank and warning the bank not to accept loans for a vehicle from this place. Actually, I’ll probably do that anyway. Because no one else should be wasting their money! They’re also rude every time I call. Not the “owner” I think who is Brian. But every other person, extremely rude.

Pictures online did not represent the actual cars. I looked at two SUVs and online no damage could be seen. There, there were holes in rear bumper and tail lights broken and missing. Not shown in online pictures.

Called about seeing the 2010 tacoma they had before I drove over an hour to see it, didn't mention a thing about the frame being patched or the other damage such as the hood not wanting the come up, gas cap not wanting to shut, center consol latch broke, etc. The only honest person was a gentleman I can't remember the name of.

I purchased a vehicle yesterday for my God-daughter's first car from Putnam Auto Sales and it was a wonderfully refreshing experience. Sam, her Dad, and all the staff at Putnam Auto Sales were honest and helpful in every aspect of the sales process. Sam's Dad even offered to put the vehicle on the rack for us to look under it, and took the time to explain to my God-daughter some of the essential things she needed to know about owning her first vehicle such as how to check the oil, transmission fluid, and other fluids. It is rare to find such honest and helpful owners of a car dealership that willingly offer to help and explain all aspects of any vehicles we looked at. You won't go wrong with dealing with the friendly and honest staff at Putnam Auto Sales! I highly recommend them!!

Didn’t end up buying the car because I went with a Jeep but one of the cleanest 2nd gen Ford Escapes I’ve seen with pretty low miles. These are notorious for rust issues but this one was in great shape. Very decent price too. Started right up, ran nice and quiet, drove straight, didn’t reek of cigarettes, clean Carfax. Salesman was very nice, answered all questions, and seemed honest. If I hadn’t found the jeep I would’ve absolutely bought from them.

Horrible people, I'm a 60 yr old single woman on disability. I bought a car here April 2024 and have had it to their shop 6 times since with the engine light coming on. They replaced one sensor but refused to replace the next sensor that went bad. Telling me I need to pay for this sensor which I was not and shouldn't have to pay. They hung up on me and told me and said to call their legal department but wouldn't give me that number.....
