Normally I avoid subways because usually they take way too long to prepare the food and get it to me. But not at the subway they're respectful kind courteous and they prepare your food quickly no waiting here. And the ladies that I met working in there and the conversations I've held are very kind inviting.

Staff is polite and friendly. Place is usually busy, but service is good. Product is consistent and what you would expect.

Another epic failure after so many undeserved attempts at this horrible place where I suspect the people who work here can't read or won't bother themselves with trying. Out of my last five orders, five have been incorrect. (That's a 100% failure rate folks). Are you under the misguided delusion that you have no competition? Are you awash in so much COVID money you don't have to burden yourself with caring? Whatever the reason, after five complete failures YOU'RE FIRED, as I WOULD EXPECT TO BE at that rate of failure. Please don't ask for special instructions if you don't understand how to read them or don't care to bother. But service is one you WILL NOT have the honor of ever screwing up again.

The employee who made my sub was extremely kind and helpful to her other coworkers. However, I was disappointed with her one of her coworkers. I didn’t catch her name but she snapped at the employee making my sandwich TWICE in a span of 5 minutes. Because of this unkind person I will not be returning and going to the one on pike street from now on. I hope she learns some manners and how to treat people with respect. Especially those she works with.

They no longer participate in the BOGO Footlong promo codes and haven't for a very long time. It's literally like the only one they won't accept too. No longer a fan!

The subs were delicious. Nice folks behind the counter, making them and a pleasant cashier. Tables to sit at were a bit crowded, making it a tad uncomfortable.

Bad customer service, no manners or any sign of happiness with these workers. Bread is definitely old and barely any chicken on my sub. I should've went to Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes.

The one worker was super annoying when i was ordering, like i just want to get in, get my sub, and go. And this girl is saying all this random bs i couldn't understand any of it, as shes messing up my order and being a pain in the a** basically. Then she gave me some random chips i didnt ask for after she messed up the register so i already paid $2.00 extra for the chips, and just decided to grab a different one instead because I wanted to leave that place as soon as possible. Never going back and wouldnt reccomend to anyone. About to eat the worst made sandwich ive ever had from subway for sure
