Customer service is something that I've found lacking at most dealerships since the beginning of the pandemic, but not at C&C. My service writer (Sandy) made having my car serviced not only easy, but also enjoyable!

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and live in the Youngstown area but drove to Marietta to buy my Jeep. The Boardman, Austintown & Columbiania dealers were closed due to corona virus. They were offering zero % financing for 84 months and no payments for 90 days. Jeep had not offered zero % financing for 84 months since the housing crisis in 2008, so I didn't want to pass that up. I stopped by the Salem dealership that was still open, but one of the managers wanted to sell me something off their lot. I asked how many vehicles he had that were the color sangria and had a factory installed tow package... the answer was none. He told me he could get one from the dealer in Marietta and then gave me the MSRP price. I told him no one pays full price for a new vehicle, and the dealer in Marietta is advertising $2000 off MSRP on their website. The Salem dealer would not get me the vehicle unless I was willing to pay MSRP/ full price for it! I thought for $2,000, I will drive to Marietta myself. When I called C&C in Marietta, they had just sold that vehicle about an hour before I called. The salesman, Andy, offered to find me another one. I had already searched inventory on Jeep.com and knew there were not anymore in Ohio in that color with a tow package. I also knew the next closest 2 were in Detroit and the middle of Pennsylvania at dealerships that were closed due to corona virus. I told to him to go ahead but was certain he would not find one. Much to my surprise, he did find one in Beckley, West Virginia. He also did not require full price/MSRP like the Salem dealer demanded for going to another dealer to pick it up. I understand it is an extra expense to get a vehicle from another dealer. Someone has to go pick it up, and the 2 dealers have to make a deal between themselves. So, I didn't get the whole $2,000 off like the one that was on their lot, which is most certainly understandable. However, the price they offered me was close. The Salem dealer wouldn't budge off MSRP. I will never go back there again. When I went to pick up my Jeep at C&C, it had just been detailed and looked great! I had decided that I wanted a running board the day before, and they had one overnight shipped and installed that day. They had taken all of my information over the phone when I confirmed I wanted it, so the process of signing paperwork was super fast. Quickest car closing I have ever had. Very pleasant people to deal with and no high pressure sales!

My husband and I recently purchased our first vehicle from C & C. It was by far our best car buying experience! Our dealer was Peter. The moment he introduced himself to us we had a fantastic vibe from him. Everyone we met was stellar! We will definitely be making future purchases from this dealership! Thank you for making our buying experience a positive and memorable one!

We had to wait months for a part to come in. They kept changing the arrival date. We bought a new Rav 4 and was told it had remote start and that it wasn't working because we needed this module after like 5 months of waiting they got the part and put it on it fixed the problems but, the car wasn't equipped this remote start like the salesman said. Other then this problem the place is great.

I regret even buying a vehicle from these people. But we liked the car and couldn't find anything similar at other lots.. nobody asked if we needed help. We had to flag a guy down and he said to me" you do know you will have to make payments on this car right?" And he wouldn't let us test drive the car until he ran my husbands credit.. after he seen my husband had great credit his tune changed completely. I would never buy a vehicle here again. Nor would I reccomend. They treated us like we was below them. We recently bought a new truck from family ford and will continue to do buisness with them.

I don't recommend going here if you have to have major work done or you are in a hurry. I was put on hold and disconnected several times. I wouldn't be in such a rush, but the truck is used for work. This Dodge dealership could care less and show it. Joy my number is +14097824220
