Service was great. Was notified when it was ready for pick up. And the inside didn’t need to be cleaned. The steering wheel, gearshift, floor mats and door panel was all clean. And most of you know what I’m talking about. Dirty hands all over the inside and the door trim panel kicked by dirty boots. And the problem was fixed. Hope the next visit goes smoothly.

Wait times are horrible at this location. My car was done. I could see it. No one came and got me. I waited 20 minutes before just asking how I could get my keys and go home. The staff was too busy chatting to care. Sadly the poor customer service at this location is a big problem. I hate svheduling my services. I know you will waste hours of my day.
The pricing is okay. The oil change is good. Just the folks checking people in and out seem to be the problem.

Last time I visited the dealership with an issue of recall of my RAV4. Though I had prior appointment, they told me that they don't have the parts and they will call me once they will have it. It's almost a month and I'm still waiting for their call. Does it really take that long to get the parts?
