When we were having a day tour in Marietta,OH we visited this place. I don’t have any experience with the service I’m rating it only for its architecture.m as we liked it very much.

Very unprofessional employees who do not respect your right to privacy and post photos of the packages in their mail truck to social media where anyone can then access your address by just coming in on an image. And even when an image is fuzzy, it can easily be cleared up with the right technology. So literally anyone can publicly see those addresses on the pictures in the back of his truck. One employee who has done this specifically, is your mail carrier, John P. Marshall.

"Today I was supposed to have 2 packages delivered and only received 1. Even had them delivered to my mom's house because I knew she would be home. They claim it was scanned at her house at 3:52. I got there at 4:05 and the second package wasn't there. So tired of my packages disappearing and the post office claims "it was scanned at your house"

Their hours stated as open until 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:27pm and the lady locking the doors just laughed and finished locking the door when I asked if they closed before 5:30pm (and I mentioned that it was 5:27)… their clock even showed 5:25pm.I said that I had traveled a long way to get here in time and she saw my one small package.I’m disappointed with their lack of service after working hard to make it here in time after I got off work in order to ship a pre-packaged Christmas gift to my Aunt and Uncle.

Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. I can't wait for the post office to go out of business and these people to lose their jobs. I'm astounded at what a horrible experience they have provided trying to destroy my local business.

USPS Location Supervisor has stated: "It is okay for employees to throw your mail". "You should expect your mail to be thrown long distances" . "You should just wrap it better its not the person throwing your mails fault".

Always very rude and will not help with any issues such as delivery never made will only say they do not know and to leave. Will make fun of people once they walk.out will say oh a new person helped you that did the wrong thing and claim that they do not know how to fix or who to talk to refuse to answer

My mailbox got knocked over. And they must of past me as I was building it because they claim attempted delivery at 948 am. Well I was down there at that time. They couldn’t bother to hand it to me or come up the driveway. How sad. Someone doesn’t like theirs job. Garunteed deliever means nothing I guess

Apparently it doesn't matter if you are home or not. If you have a package or letter that needs a signature they just automatically drop off a sorry we missed you paper without knocking. I have had this happen twice in the same week. I was home both times.

It's a good thing the USPS is funded by the government, otherwise they would be out of business very quickly.

I was expecting my package to be mailed today, so I look out of the door of the lobby of my building, and I see the mail truck. I go to let her in, but she's already putting her seatbelt back on and driving away...without even trying to deliver my package. Then I see that she "attempted" to deliver it when I checked Amazon. If that's an attempt, I'm Cleopatra!

an actual mess. we’ve only been here for 3 months and have already had like 5 packages just not be delivered or delayed because of “insufficient address”. when there is no issue with the address. starting to get really annoyed.
