I'm writing this review based on a consistent lack of satisfaction. Sometimes I leave with what I want, but walking in I never know how I'll feel afterward. I purchase 5 packs of coils because there's always at least one faulty, which I'm told by the manager is common. I've had to try different types of juice, trying to find something that is consistently not harsh to the throat. I've thrown away multiple bottles of varying brands and flavors because it's so rough on the throat sometimes. I've stuck with one brand because it seemed to have less issues than others, as well as have flavors I enjoy. Yesterday I was disappointed over a $40 purchase of that brand. It also ruined 2 coils of mine before I realized the juice was bad. I returned with the discolored juice and another bottle to compare, to express my dissatisfaction. I was told it may just be the flavor. My rebuttal was countered with a repeat of "may be the flavor." I walked out at that point, not wanting to waste more of my time arguing with someone being paid to stand there and disagree with me. The manager witnessing it stood by silently and watched me walk out frustrated.This summer there was a man sitting outside trying to discourage me from being a customer at Valley Vapory. I disregarded his opinion and walked inside, only because I felt there were too few other options.To that man: I'm sorry for not hearing you then, and thank you for trying. Shout-out to your morality.To the manager running the store: you drove me to find somewhere else, and I did.To the fella behind the counter: no hard feelings, I know it's just your job.To my community: heed that man's advice that I'm echoing today.Good Luck

Love this store and the staff. Great environment. I am disappointed the cosmic surfers are out of stock. I feel like the face melters brand is not as good. I will periodically check back to see if they get the cosmic surfers back in.

The worse!! I bought 2 bottles of juice and upon the first use it ruined 2 of my coils. Tried the second bottle with the same result. The man behind the counter smiled and laughed about it blaming it on the flavors. No consideration for their customers. I wound not recommend unless you want to waste your money!!

One of the nicer vapor shops with a generous inventory of vapor oil, pipes, bongs, CBD, Delta 8 & more. Prices are reasonable, friendly staff. Take note, nicotine is added in store.
