getting shorted on the products I've been buying, versus what is advertise. I wouldn't recommend buying Walmarts k cups, unless you just want to give them all the money for less product and not be reimbursed. i would just stear clear if I was you.

The gentleman behind the gun counter was very friendly and informative about the basic utilities and requirements of fishing. He was a very good help to me. Thank you!

My daughter and I went to the electronics department. yesterday. Her phone was not charging. She bought a new one online. When she tried to activate it, they said the phone had not been processed properly. The customer service representative advised her to go to the store to have the phone rescanned. So off we went. Once there, the gentleman who was helping us ran into a problem doing that. So he called for someone to come assist him. By this time, my daughter, who had just relocated here a few weeks ago, was in tears. Her phone was not working, and it was looking like we weren't going to have any luck getting the new one to either. At this point, neither of us had any hope. She really needed a phone. She has applied for several jobs and has been looking for a house, trying to find Dr's for her and my granddaughter, etc. All the things you do when you relocate. So we were both just about to give up hope. When the gentleman who had been called over to assist us asked, " What was the problem with the original phone?" We explained that we thought it was the charging port. No matter what charger she had tried to use (and there were many. Even my wireless one) the phone just would not charge and was now dead. This wonderfully kind man (His name was Bill) says, "Let me see it, I'll try. He then plugged the phone into a charger behind the counter. Omg! It actually worked! My daughter was so relieved. She started crying. I let out my breath. That I didn't even know I was holding. Bill handed my daughter back her phone. Then handed her that charger and the charger box. I'm here to say chivalry, nor good customer service, never impressed me more!! Usually, I hear nothing but bad things happening to people. So I had to tell this story. And say a big thank you to Bill from the electronics department!! We certainly appreciate you! Your kindness was much needed. May you be blessed . Again, thank you, Bill.

Mikey is a rude manager. He and another manager told me they "were closing in 5 minutes" less than a minute apart from eachother and then literally stood behind me while I picked out a tooth brush and tampons and then escorted me to the check out as if I wouldn't head up to checkout within 5 minutes. Embarrassing and will NEVER shop at this location again. I wouldn't even give them .1 of a star.

I heard the management wants the self-checkout associates to do the star rating for customers after the customer has already left the self-checkout register! Wouldn't it be illegal for the associates to do a 5 star rating like that when the customer doesn't even know it!?

This is exactly what you think it is: A good place for one stop shopping.

Was in Marietta for Funeral on April 3rd 2022. Grandma had driven from Kentucky and asked me to put air in her tire. While adding air at GoMart, she mentioned she needs air in this tire every couple weeks. I looked for nail and believe I spotted a small 1 in middle of tire. It was Sunday and Walmart Auto was only place open. Luckily (or so I thought), it was closeby. We dropped off car and headed to funeral home. Walmart called an hour later an said the nail was in sidewall so a new tire was needed. We gave okay. They called again and said they didn't have size in stock so it'd need to be the wrong size tire for car. Grandma decided against this and stayed with the original tire for a risky rive back. When she got back to Kentucky, a tire shop patched it. She asked them twice about "sidewall" and they it was fine. Walmart auto is either extremely incompetent or crooked. Or perhaps they saw the out state tags. Either way...beware!

Its very clean, its also easy to find their wide variety of items with the many isles, each having their own things. Not too crowded and plenty of space. You can get your haircuts done there and even your nails done. Great place. But you guys really need dino masks `v`

I don't understand why the store at Marietta has a big sign up on the building facade for PICKUP but the online shopping site does not allow for you to register or curbside pickup of your order. It is especially important at this time to offer this service both for the protection of the customer and Walmart employees.

This Walmart and it's managers, particularly nighttime assistant managers, encourage sexual orientation discrimination to its employees throughout the facility. I recently went to make a purchase of alcohol with my partner, accompanied by his minor (14 year old) brother who we are guarding over while he is visiting the area. My partner and myself being well over 21 ( the legal age to purchase alcohol in the state of Ohio) were refused the right to legally purchase alcohol because the cashier did not "feel comfortable" with the sale. The employee has given us unwelcoming looks in the past while we were speaking with a friend that is her Wal-Mart coworker, openly about our relationship in the store. This employee that refused our sale has overheard these conversations in the past. I feel that we were targeted for this opportunity to be discriminated against. The cashier claimed it is because my partner's brother was unable to produce identification and that she did not feel "comfortable" with the sale. In the state of Ohio, legal identification is not required until you obtain your learner driver permit after the age of 15!!! The manager on duty, which should have properly handled the situation, did so unprofessionally and allowed the refusal of sale after the cashier "called for him". He informed the cashier "it's your call, if your don't feel comfortable then that's that". The cashier then needed assistance removing the items that had been scanned into the computer because her level of competence falls below basic reading of barcode descriptions, comprehension of item details and lack of computer skills. This is completely outrageous and just shows the type of people the Walmart corporation hires and allows to work for them with unbalanced "feelings".

It's a nice and clean Walmart compared to many back home. Very open floorplan and easy to browse from what I've seen. I visited when I was in town on Black Friday and it wasn't too crowded. Pleasant experience.

Sad to say this is my closest Walmart. Why is it every Walmart in other areas have things this Walmart doesn't have? The bathrooms here are disgusting I have yet to be in them when they are clean. It was so bad one time I couldn't bring myself to use them. They need to improve things especially since there are other places you can shop.

This is one of the brightest and cleanest Walmart's I have been in. Plentiful parking and easy to get into and out of. Close to the interstate. If I lived here, this would be my one stop shop for groceries and household goods.

Wal-Mart is bad for America!!! They always have like 3 cashiers open trying to shove everyone to the self checkouts. Plus they put the slowest employees on the register to help push people. I don't do self checkouts. Shame on you if you do. You are destroying jobs!!!!!!
