Giving them a star isn't worth it. Order a part for my 07 honda fit. Not only did they order the wrong part but would not give me a refund for the part that I returned. I won't do business with them ever again. The young man who waited on me didn't seem to know anything that should have been the first clue but I was trying to give the benefit of doubt to him. I called their customer support to find out why and basically got a run around about saying I had returned parts in the past which I have not so that too was a lie from them. Buyer beware of Advance Auto. They didn't even try to make it right with me. So That's a big NO that I won't ever shop there again

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered. Will not be reccomending will never come back. I understand that things can be harder to do in person but they lied to me directly about what my husband saw even though I was on the phone with him the whole time Absolutely ridiculous !!! If I could leave zero stars I would. Thank you to the costumer service agent Jada .H. that I talked to for a whole two mins that helped me out !! They get five stars !

Loved itMarion store was where I bought the CarQuest reman starter for my Ram 1500 5.7 on their recommendation saved a lot of moneyFew weeks later stopped in at the Carlisle store to return the old one for a core credit great help and serviceEven got a $20 discount for the day on a purchsse of $100 or moreUnfortunately it was almost closing time and couldn't think of anything else I neededIt would be cool if that discount would be extended lol oh well still a great experienceI'm a Canadian shopper got great value for my money thanks for the help
