So far so good. Went to my first appointment. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Go back in a couple of weeks for some work that needs to be done.

I have been trying to get my teeth fixed at this location since October, It is now March, and I am still having tooth pain after at least 5 separate appointments. During this time, they have only accomplished one filling and a tooth extraction. Following the extraction, I was given NO verbal instruction regarding the after care. When asked if I was having any pain, the dentist dismisses me when she realizes that instead of a crown, I need a root canal! They delayed the scheduling process so much that my teeth have deteriorated even further. They even had to do more x-rays on the teeth they missed on my initial appointment. I would have preferred a root canal instead of an extraction on my molar, but, the store manager is more so a salesman. Although an extraction is cheaper in the present, you have to consider the cost of an implant in the future. At one appointment after sitting in the waiting room, sitting in their office chair, and speaking with the manager about treatment plans, I spent an entire hour having no work done on my teeth. They were extremely vague about which teeth needed to be fixed and what exactly needed to be done to them. The receptionist, although nice, has always seemed new and frankly clueless. Neither the store manager nor the receptionist were eager to put me on the schedule... it was literally like pulling teeth, This is the most unprofessional location I have ever visited, and I guarantee that no one can beat it.

Was pressured into making an appointment when I told them I didn’t want to since they didn’t accept my insurance. Not a great customer draw-in tactic. Giving him a two star because the Person I spoke to when canceling the appointment was courteous and understanding.

Horrible was told I'd have to wait an hour 15 minutes into my lunch when I was prescheduled walk ins got put in front of me so now ill just hope I don't die from my jaw bone

Welcoming dental care. Pleasant, knowledgeable and professional service.. as a caveat they welcome patients wheel chair bound. 10 stars on a five star rating. Ever thing up front. For proper decision making on your dental care.. try them you will be glad you did.

Scheduled an appointment back on 2/21 for today. Missed a call, no voicemail. Got an email to confirm online. Confirmed my appointment online. Show up today for appointment and was told it was canceled due to never being confirmed. Waste of an hour driving.

Dr. Kaur and her assistant (young girl with dark hair) took great care of me today during the extractions of all my top teeth. The only reason I gave them a 4/5 rating is bc I am not sure how well j like my dentures didn't quite fit in my mouth perfectly but maybe once everything heals a little more they will.
