I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and needed, and from start to finish, our salesman, Chuck, was the kindest and most relatable person I have ever done business with. I’ve purchased a lot of cars, and nobody has ever made me feel as welcome and comfortable as he did. Bryson, from the finance team, was also a great person to work with. He played a great game of negotiation with us, and I truly appreciate being made to feel as equally knowledgeable as he is. I even learned his favorite Christmas snack- how can it get more personal than that! “My Nissan Rogue wouldn’t start, and I was positive it was the alternator. They towed it in and found a loose ground wire, and only charged me for the towing. Could easily have taken advantage but didn’t I will definitely be back.”
“The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I recently heard a noise in my car that was not consistent so i stopped by and asked them to go for a ride. They did without hesitation and then scheduled time to put it on the rack to see what it was for sure. After the appointment they took the time to search for warranties and recalls. They definitely could have taken advantage of the situation and just did the expensive repairs but instead they took care of me completely and went out of the way to not only make sure my car was repaired but to make sure it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I’m glad I found this shop when I did a few years ago. I would never go anywhere else. Great people and great work. Highly recommended”

“My wife accidentally drove through too high of water yesterday and the State Highway Patrolman called Buckeye Collision Service in Marion to get her car towed. We’ve had bad experiences with tow truck drivers in the past. The driver Jeff and the guy hooking up the car, Michael Burkey, were fantastic when helping her out. They are not the normal truck drivers, but they filled in while other drivers were out on another call. The experience would’ve been much different if they had bad attitudes on our already rough day, but they were absolutely fantastic. I know we will be taken care of with them!”

“Came in for an alignment after RNR tried to tell me I needed to remove pieces off my truck for them to align it. Dominick was super friendly and got my tires aligned quick! Price was good as well. “Just had a customer at AutoZone overhear me asking for a trustworthy mechanic around the area and he told me to go see Bill at Huntsman. My check engine light was on and I was worried about what could have caused it. I decided on the off chance to just stop by and see if they could squeeze me in. To my surprise Spencer stopped what he was doing, found the issue and started fixing my car within 10 minutes. I didn't get to meet Bill but Spencer earned you a customer for life!
