“The recent software rollout has not gone as well as expected. There were many issues and some are still remaining, however; this is not the fault of the local employees in Marion. In every call that I have had locally, the employees have been professional and very helpful and understanding. Their service to me has been excellent (especially Brandy Imboden). I give five stars to the local branch employees, but the software rollout rates a zero.”

“I have banked with State Savings, which is now Fifth Third, from 1973 till 1998 when they changed to Fifth Third and from 1998 till 2025 with Fifth Third. You read it right. 52 years. I'm not young anymore. Lol. I cannot say enough good things about the many many people I have dealt with at this bank over the years and I am there almost every day. The employees have always been like family and many of them have passed away including my mother in law and some close friends. I want to give a huge shout out to the manager, Beth, the tellers, Jackie and Connie, and the personal bankers, Jay, Jane and Nick. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful service you have given me over the years. God bless each one of you.”
