Okay, there are some discount stores that are there to help out those who can’t afford big box prices. Normally I love Big Lots, but this location is terrible. While there are decent deals to be found the customer service deserves negative stars. I asked an associate for assistance and she gave a dirty look and rudely gestured me away. I let another associate know while on my on the way out and she just shrugged it off. Never will I go back until things are made right.

Was told they would have to order love seat. A month later it comes in and I go to pick it up and they have sold it to someone else. Wait to pick it up again and I have the receipt but they won't give it to me because it is in my son's name. They call him to get verbal permission he agrees and then they want my ID getting a firearm would be easier. Worst place ever. Mathew was completely useless.

It is huge, amazing selection, and I didn't catch the cashier's name but she was the best customer service I have received since being in Ohio. I will definitely return because of her, she was polite, had great advice and very patient with the people in front of me! I hope she has a blessed day

Found a cup full of urine on one of the shelfs and when I brought it up to employees they had the nerve to bust out laughing and said they will deal with it when they get a chance

Slowly and steadily going downhill with prices of nearly expired food matching or exceeding the prices at the local grocery store, with furniture lower quality yet more expensive than ikea.What’s the point of Big Lots anymore? What happened to the closeout pricing?
