Fantastic storage units! Clean, easy to rent and use facility. I had a bit of a scare one morning with someone following me in and not entering the code and Christine and Jill took my concerns very seriously and responded quickly to ensure my safety and the security of the units!!!

It's fine until you want to leave. they have changed the lock on my door and won't give me a key. I'm paid up to date and CAN'T GET MY STUFF, so they're FORCING ME to pay another month .can't get a straight answer from customer service other than them leaving notes on my account.apparently they don't have anyone local to come help. I've had my unit longer than this company has owned it. I was one of the first customers at this storage facility and apparently I'm NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE. At this point I'm going to get a lawyer, the complete run around I've dealt with to get into my PAID UNIT is ridiculous .

I am only give a 1 star as I have had issues with this storage place since day 1. They are the worse storage place I have ever dealt with. They make u take an insurance policy out.
They change the codes to the gate without u knowing.
The storage we had always had water in front and u would have to walk in water to put your stuff in storage. When u call them u always get someone that doesn't talk English very much. They will charge u like $10 to pay bill online as it would not let me do it online. They is never anyone out there in the office. So needless to say I only rented this storage for a month and took my stuff back out as I am not dealing with a storage place like this. I would not recommend anyone to use Premier storage. They only nice thing I can say is the buildings are nice have a great day
