I was referred to this place by a few health professionals. Don’t bother calling if you are not a current customer and need tax advice. They are not willing to listen or talk to you! Even will hang up on you rather than listen to your needs. All a girl needed was a few answers about how the cares act and IRA distributions affect taxes. I even offered to pay to have a question answered. I’ll pray your never in my situation to need some advice.
