Duchess is a BP gas station and convenience store located just off a main road in Marion. It offers the typical convenience store fare like snacks, drinks, tobacco, and frozen foods. A main attraction is its walk-in freezer full of ice-cold beer and a huge counter with coffee, pastries, and Icees. The place is described as nice, clean, spacious, and not crowded. Service is often cited as amazing, with employees who go above and beyond to help customers. While the food is usually good, there can be occasional inconsistencies. The store is in a very convenient location, though sometimes has a bit of a line and could use more cashiers.
Service is always amazing and the food is usually good but today the pizza was burnt and hard as a rock.. coming from someone that works around food, I really would’ve just taken the loss on inventory and not even sold it😅 I’m used to it looking a little crispy but it was BURNT

I always go to this BP/ Duchess gas station...the employees they have in there now, are a lot better than than the ones that used to work there... Just sayin .....

Good store. I got gift card there as a gift for my cousins wedding. Bit of a line up inside. Needed more cashiers. Not just one cashier.
