I went into this GameStop to find out about PlayStations and walked out with a PS5. Justin was super nice. He answered all the questions I had. Was a great experience overall as the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend dealing with this store.

What end to start working today in while filling out the information the manager Justin decided to make a joke about a dead friend on how I had to missed yesterday and how I tried to quit because I had to go collect their stuff this place has not been the same since taking over I do not recommend anyone going here to try to work or shop he is extremely disrespectful to customers and employees

Tooks some games in to sale, they only wanted to buy two of them for five dollars so I didn't care anything is better than nothing so I said ok, after that she was hanging me 3.87¢ .I said I'll just throw them in the trash myself!

My son loves getting his Pokémon cards and binders there. I love checking out the toys and Funko Pops. Naturally they have all your video game needs. There's a gentleman there named Chris, he's super helpful and does an amazing job!

Here now. Just trying to buy a controller. One dude working. Kept trying to get me to buy something I didn't ask for. Declined multiple times. Told him I just want a controller. He said they are on the wall. I looked. They were locked. I told him they are locked. He continues to whistle and go bout doing random tasks. He even made his way right in front of the controllers where I'm waiting and ignored my request. Waited for 10 minutes and just walked out. Terrible service. Place was closed from 2:40-3:40 today as well. Guess this is how they do business. Corporations for ya.

Absolutely disgusted. After failing multiple times to guilt and shame me into renewing a subscription i dont need or use they turn to my mentality challenged sister and get her to use what little money she has to renew MY SUBSCRIPTION. let this company die and dont let the employees extort disabled people

This is wonderful that this store is still up here since they closed hours here in Delaware I really started buying digital or using Amazon for physical purchases but this store is a great selection and it has nice staff got my pre-order in for a collectors edition of a game this year thank you!

The employees have always been very nice and helpful. They have been especially nice and helpful with me. Last game system was Xbox 360. So things have changed and I no longer speak the lingo. Thank you Game Stop.
