“Great equipment. Staff and members are friendly and helpful and no judgements. I've belonged to several gyms and I have to say it's the best. Special thanks to the manager. I've never seen anyone consistently clean and sanitize like Rian. He's always somewhere, doing something to make the place sanitary. Staff are always open to assist and offer advice .Plus trainers available. A+ place to get healthy.”

“I like going super early. Although tanning beds aren't always the cleanest-tops especially, but a couple times the whole bed. Bathrooms are clean. Monica is my favorite, she's personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Hydro beds are amazing. Will be trying the red light therapy for a month or so to see if there are any noticeable results.”
