My shopping experience was excellent when I visited the store in Marion, Ohio. My wife just passed away and I needed a new sports jacket. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

I really like Khol’s. They carry such a wide range of brands and is pretty fairly priced. I like a certain look and this store is the only store in town to carry many of them. I especially find the clearance rack to be a great part of this store. The people who work here are helpful. The store is always clean. All in all it’s the best department store left in town.

Jeannette at the Marion store is one of the best cashiers I have encountered. These days, it's such a pleasure to encounter someone who loves their job, and excells at it! Great personality, knowledge, & ability. She checked my coupon & rewards, & I got a great deal! Can't beat it! Thanks!
