Really polite and helpful staff. Everyone is doing their best. The dogs each have their own outside area. The cats have a full room with cat trees.

Not only was it a good time spent with the animals, but it was a very good experience. This animals need as much human interaction as they can get. They're pretty amazing. The staff is wonderful.
