They never answer the phone OR return any calls.I have to redo my reviewThe next day after reporting here what was happening they called her an things are moving right along. They sent in the bad hearing aid to rebuild it. When it gets back the other one gets new parts.. .Thanks

They were very helpful,and understanding, they helped me with my Insurance then gave me places to go that carried the Insurance that I have.
