Don't buy nothing from here after being a loyal costumer with 4 cars and 2 campers the warranty that we pd extra for wont cover squid. Now after only 8 months and 5 trips about brakes find out bad master cylinder and then water pump there warranty they get you to buy dont cover it. They nor service dept care about a long time costumer, just there pockets. Now stuck with a 4200.00 bill.

I gave this company two stars and I will explain to you thoroughly why.
October of 2023, I came into the Budget Auto Center to look at a Jeep Compass. I wanted something a little bigger than the Honda Civic I had. I bought the Jeep Compass with $1,500 down. After some issues with verification of my pay stub at the job I was at full time, I was able to obtain the vehicle. 2 weeks into owning the vehicle, the radio goes in and out. I emailed Juan the salesperson, and I had gotten no reply back for weeks. I called twice and left a message. No reply. Because I work full time some days , 6 days a week.. I have no time to just stop in there. So the communication is very poor on their end. The radio issues has been a thing since last year and continues to be a thing. Let's add that also, the back wheel bearing is bad after a month of having the vehicle. Never made the noise when I pulled off the lot with it. Fast forward a few months, I still have radio issues and now the alternator is not working.
If you find yourself purchasing from this Auto center, please take the vehicle out on the road and run the piss out of it. Ask for the Carfax and ask for all the information pertaining to that car. If they can show proof of any kind of service done to the vehicle, ask for the information. I asked for the service history on the vehicle and they could not provide it for me. I've been in this vehicle for 11 months now, and I'm highly upset over this purchase. Please make it right.

Stuck with $400 bill because of a bad Modular in a newer car with less than 35k miles …. Before the 1st payment was even due. They are giving us the runaround about it. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from them. Won’t do any more business here.

Juan was AWESOME!!! I didn’t think I would be able to get a vehicle but we walked in yesterday and left with the vehicle I wanted! He made it happen.He was very nice and he took the time to go over everything with us, he even stayed over an hour past closing to get us into this car so THANK YOU SO MUCH JUAN for everything!! I HIGHLY recommend you go see Juan for your next vehicle!! I literally cried when he told us we could get it!! God Bless you Juan!!
