Not having bought a new car in many years, the staff were all very patient with me in explaining the process as well as the mechanics of the car I selected. Salesman Maurice S went beyond accommodating by coming in on his day off (which I didn’t realize) so I could complete the purchase at my convenience.

I recently scheduled a service for my Car here at Great Lakes Subaru. A video inspection was done and sent to me before any work was done noting the condition of my vehicle.
