He was very knowledgeable & patient with us when we decided to switch our mobile carrier. Our phones arrived the next day & we took them in to be activated. Trent was out to lunch, however, the store manager worked with us. He was just as knowledgeable and patient with us. These type of employees are what will keep us coming back to your business & spreading the word to others. Customer service at its best!”
