I went in with a 3500 to 4k budget and they had me test drive a car and I fell in love with it. When I came back I was told the car was priced steep for some reason at 6k. The guy told me he could get me in it with 2500 down and I said bet! I went to pay my car payment and the lady said my new balance was just over 5k and I said hold on that makes no sense at all! Got a call back and was told since I was making payments the price went up 2k....no one every mentioned that and I guess I learned my lesson on trusting people because now I'm paying over 8k for a car I was told was 6k.

They're not even helpful, I ask about financing and their down payment options because of what other dealers do so I asked if they have similar options. They laughed, so heads up they want a 50% down payment I didn't even want to find out their interest rate on a lemon. No warranty offered. Don't even bother with this dealer unless you want to waste money.

Run very far away from this place scam artist purchase a 350 E Ford van from them months ago and still don't have the title they told me it would be there within 3 weeks they keep telling me they were working on it I'm no longer allowed to get a temp tag for this vehicle is no longer going to be useful to me anymore and it was waste of my time now I'm going to have to go and buy another vehicle and im going to file a consumer complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office

Was told they do not inspect their vehicles they get from auction once they get them they throw them out on the lot and you get what you pay for there has been a few cars I went and looked at and there was problems with them that would cost $100’s of dollars to fix

A few years ago I saw a car on Craigslist I was very interested in buying. The seller had self-identified as a private party and said the vehicle had no mechanical issues. I drove over 5 hours up to Ohio only to discover that not only was it a dealership lying about being an individual, but also that the car was not at all in the shape they claimed. It wasn't until after I arrived that an employee mentioned the vehicle had a very bad wheel bearing, making the trip a total waste with over 10+ hours of driving total for nothing.
Several years later, this is still the scummiest dealership I have ever been to in my life. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

When i was down on my luck after divorce and bankruptcy they helped me out big time. I got a Honda Civic and drove it for 3 years until i totaled it hitting 3 deer. Car ran just fine, but insurance totaled it. I'd give them a try if your in need of transportation.

Drove two hours to look at a vehicle after asking the owner if the vehicle was in proper working condition. Upon arriving we go in to the office and ask to test drive said vehicle. As soon as we told the gentleman behind the counter which one he automatically states “that one has a bad transmission”. We test drove the vehicle anyway bc the particular model we were looking at does have a history of shifting a little heavy at times. When we get in it has no gas and instead of getting us some gas he hands us $5 and tells us to take it to the gas station. Needless to say the transmission was junk the employee acted as if we were a hassle even stepping inside and the manager said “I don’t know what’s down there the drivers just tell me if they are okay or not”. Very poor communication, lack of knowledge, and horrible customer service. Would not recommended at all. Know your inventory in and out before trying to sell people anything. Do not know based on hear say from your disgruntled employee.

I messaged him on Facebook about a van then I called and asked if I drove there and wanted to buy the van could I leave a deposit and come back for it he said yes but if I decide to not buy the van the deposit was unrefundable and I said ok so I drove an 1½ there and he literally just sold it would not recommend this place he could have told me he had other people coming to look at it and I wouldn't had drove that far all he had on his lot was a bunch of junk I'm a mechanic and I probably wouldn't have bought the van anyway but it was the point that I drove there when he knew I was coming and sold it the guy was literally putting a tag on it when I got there
