“Today I was picking up a load in Ohio when I ran into a problem—my trailer’s left rear door wouldn’t close. I called Cascade, and they told me to come right in. As soon as I arrived, they showed me where to park and immediately got to work.
The team worked very professionally. They even used a forklift and a hammer to carefully adjust the door, and after about 30 minutes everything was working perfectly again.
What impressed me the most was that they were focused on solving my problem—not on making money from me. They fixed everything quickly, professionally, and didn’t charge me a single dollar. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days.
