They are bullies and liars, the review above from Ms.Johnson is very true unfortunately…I am a former employee and quit due to the toxicity and lies. Sad how they try to comment on the reviews to try and look good. But hey, the proofs in the pudding my friends. Results don’t lie. The people working there need to look deep within themselves and be better people

This is a NAMI Affiliates that is also a 501(c) three nonprofit. This board serves their own personal agenda rather than the Nami mission and the community. They severely underserved the community, grossly neglect the Nami mission, lack internal controls which makes them vulnerable to fraud and embezzlement, , and Does not follow the Ohio code regarding the duties of all board members. Which have a fiduciary duty. They lack proper governance of their board. I am a former contracted executive director that was verbally abused and bullied. When I inform them of the poor reviews they were receiving and had been receiving along with the lack of internal controls over the finances I was terminated without reason. I Made several request to nami Ohio to get help for this affiliate at my time there. However, it was ignored. They fail to run programs that they signed up for, And they no-show no call. If they can’t do an event they are to refer someone to someone else. I suggest that you contact Delaware Morrow County Delaware. They are already running programs in Marion because of the Marion Nami is lazy
