This place is the best! The owner and all employees know exactly what you need or what you need to know! Their prices are unbeatable co.pared to oetco and all the big pet store chains. If you need something they don't have, i guarantee the owner Shawn can get it or point you in the right direction. He's super honest even if he loses a sale. He will ALWAYS be honest bout pets, food, bedding, supplements, enclosures etc.

It is a family owned store and Shawn is a wonderful person to get to meet. Has been knowledgeable on many occasions about the different animals that are sold. When the animals are in their care ( I’ve been going to the store sence I was little) they take care of them till they go to their homes.

We recently made a purchase of two baby bearded dragons from your establishment. Upon inspecting them after arriving home, I was deeply concerned by their condition. One had missing toes, while the other had missing toes and half of its tail. Regrettably, the latter passed away due to the conditions in which they were kept at your store.

Honestly, I can't even walk in this store anymore. The pets have no hides, the young guy is pushy, and I don't see anything worth going back for. The lack of concern for the pets having hides (a requirement!) is just too much for me. Do better, PetZone. Do better.

He,s fish die 2hr after you buy there in then he tell they are ok and there not ! I'd recommend to to go to gallon for fish he does you right and he treats you right ?

Had a very unpleasant experience at this store...Went in to look for a pet snake to buy...Came across another customer that owned snakes and was looking for snake feed and we got into conversation about snakes and I mentioned I breed rats and if he needs any ...I have plenty...Well store owner overheard me and gave me an attitude to leave the store. All I was trying to do was help this customer and he had a large Boa and I had large rats ...I was asked to leave and store owner is a complete jerk like everyone says!...I hope this business gets shut down...They also don't keep up with maintenance with the animals and keep the tanks clean...Please do no support this business...Owner is a jerk and very unprofessional...Had a much better experience at Petco!

I love working with Shawn. He is so knowledgeable, but what impresses me to the most that he knows his customers names and their pet's names. He shows legitimate interest and concern for his customers and their needs.
