They're working hard to get everyone served. They've recently seen an increase in business because of the closing of their other store and they've still managed to get everything I needed done! They're a good pharmacy, and I recommend it.

Horrible service through the pharmacy. Kris was supposed to be "helping" me. however she was so rude, wasn't even willing to help me figure it out. gave me the run around about our prescription over and over and ended up sending it to the other Rite Aid to be filled. Even my Dr. said "yea, the lady at the pharmacy is pretty unpleasant, just letting you know" because i had to have my Dr call THREEE TIMES!However, those ladies were amazing and extremely helpful ???? definitely recommend that one

It's always a great place to go for the last minute items, AND the pharmacy workers and cashiers are usually very helpful and friendly people.

Their pharmacist Stephanie refused to fill my fiancé's prescription because the doctor changed her medication. She has brain damage, my fiancé that is lol. If the pharmacists daughter had brain damage, I'm sure she would get whatever she needed. Abuse of power and position. Plus the staff overall is incompetent and repeatedly unfriendly.

I have been a customer for rite aid for several years and in the past 2 to 3 years I go to pharmacy to pick up prescription and I always never fail always have to come back because they have to order the script....First why can't you keep inventory in. Second if a customer has to come back for the same issue each and every month it gets tiring and disrespectfulAfter my current refills run out I am done with this pharmacy it can never keep any diabetic prescription in stock and I'm sick of being told oh I have to order it you'll need to come back tomorrow..How about keep your stuff stocked and quit making excuses to your customers for your poor performs and poor inventory management.
