Took a vehicle in to fix a tire going flat and they ended up stripping off my lug nut key for locking lug nuts and didn't offer to replace it so I wouldn't recommend at all.

Dropped off wheels and tires yesterday, I asked about pricing. They told me $25 per tire, I brought wheels and tires to them, left them over night and picked them up next day. They billed me for $45 a tire, when I questioned it. They said it's because they are stretched tires. They mounted one for me before I left yesterday and never said a thing. So this will be the one and only time I ever use RNR Tire. Their loss, I have 6 sets at home that need done, they failed epicly on their trial run!!! I don't deal with shaddy people

I want to start off with saying that if anyone is skeptical about going here or getting on payments for tires or wheels or anything of that nature trust and believe i've been accustomer of RNR for going on almost 5 years, I think, and they have always been on the up-and-up. When it comes to customer service, their customer service is better than anybody's I've ever seen if you have any kind of a problem and you're you've gotten wheels or tires through them. And it needs looked at go up there and talk to Chris. He will take care of you. Everybody. There is very friendly and if you raise a concern about your vehicle, they will definitely check it out without trying to upcharge you or sell you on something that you possibly don't need, it's very good business. Thank you RNR.

RNR did a great professional installation of new tires, alignment, and road force balance. Only place I could find that could do all three at one place and at a great price. Highly recommended!!

Stopped in to buy 4 tires and have TPS sensors install. Was told they cannot get the tires i want. So I ask how.much to do the sensors and mount and balance if I provide the tires. Then was told that their sensors don't work with my vehicle. So how much to mount and balance if I provide tires and sensors. 25.00 per tire. Mind you he commented on my vehicle and also looked up the tires by size. I would prefer to have everything just done at one place, but I order the tires and sensors from other places. I pay to have the sensors pre-programmed to my vehicle. The day of, I take my vehicle to the store, I reiterate the price I was given a week ago. The clerk agrees, she then asks about the 5 sensors I want installed. I state that they are pre-programmed. She takes my keys. My expectations are they are mounting and balanceing 4 new tires and installing sensors in each tire. Then they will be installing a 5th sensors in the existing spare and doing a balance. So 125.00 plus tax. 2 hours later when they are finished my bill is 250.00. Apparently the mount is now 45.00 a tire because they were hard. And 25.00 to program my already programmed sensors. I ask about it and try to talk to the manager but the assistant manager just keeps telling me that's our price sir. So whatever I pay a go to leave. I get outside and one of the sensors is not installed. I go back in and ask about it. He tells me they were all installed I insist they were not because I am holding it. He asks the tech, who state he couldn't find the lug key for the spare. It's in the back with the jack. Where it came from the factory. Instead of asking for they just didn't finish the work. I was in the waiting room the whole time. I left. I notice on the way home that the car sounds extremely loud. Get home and the muffler pipe is snapped . Not rusted snapped. Has a dent in the muffler like a jack was used on it. So done, to the dealership I go. This is the worst experience I have had with a tire shop. I can't stand to be lied to. Won't be back ever. I am making it my mission in life to make sure anybody I meet knows how bad this place is

Got my car in right away after I picked up a screw in my front tire. Very friendly and quick service even though I didn't have an appointment. The tire is going strong after they repaired it.

Got me in very quick for an alignment. Tweaked a few things, but couldn't adjust camber on my old truck. Put it back into spec, explained everything in detail, and didn't charge me a dime. These guys are awesome and very knowledgeable!

Had two tires on the rear of my car that were cupped, if you've never had cupped tires, it's not fun. Called and talked with Chris, told him my budget and what I was looking to do. Got two new rear tires and an alignment done. Not only did they offer good options in my budget, they came in $50.00 under the estimate. Only took about an hour to get my car in and out. I will definitely be giving them my business again. Friendly, courteous staff, fast and great service. Would highly recommend.

The Marion rnr is the worst tire shop to go to never let Chris suplle touch your vehicle he will leave your lug nuts loose and not balance your wheels.

So recently I bought tires for my Mazda at this place. And I am happy I got them from them… had to wait just alittle because a misunderstanding but it was worth the wait… thanks to the both Marks that help me and were very attentive with me…. I would recommend going to them…..😊😊

We got a screw in our tire on a road trip and stop to have it fixed right before they were closing. They were very understanding and us back on the road in no time. They staff was very friendly and didn't even charge us for fixing it. Thank you so much it was very much appreciated.
