Really appreciated the very knowledgeable employee who helped us sort thru the enormous selection of shoes and boots!! He was able to direct toward quality brands at lower than average prices. Husband and I each purchased a new pair and our feet are loving it!! Thank you.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and helped during my entire time shopping. They were very friendly and kind and I got a great deal on sneakers and sandals for the summer.

The associate was from another store but wasn’t much help at all. I bought 2 pairs of shoe and put 2 pair In layaway and she told me I had to make 3 different transactions so I did 2 transactions and put cash on my layaway to avoid a 3 rd transaction.. she did not want to do my layaway because she said she didn’t really know how too do a layaway but works at another store that I am sure has layaway as well so she ended up calling the managers house here in Marion to help her. Don’t know if I’ll ever go back … I have had so many problems with service there I don’t think I can go through that stress again.. I love the store but the service is awful

I was greeted upon entering the store, and was helped to find what I was looking for. This young man was very helpful, pleasant and kept an eye on the store while customers were there. He is a keeper.
